The service department was there when I arrived ten minutes before my scheduled 8am arrival. Daniel expected the installation to be done sometime after noon. I got a call before 10am that my car was ready. I walked into the service office and received my car in about five minutes. And it looks great! The black running boards are a perfect match to the rest of the Ridgeline. Your service team did an excellent job.

Mr. Maydem was wonderful in providing quality service. What wasn’t great was that even though I arrived before two other cars that did not have scheduled appointments the service technicians saw them before me. I feel you need to have a system in order to be fair for all your customers that are waiting patiently. Perhaps a suggestion might be that when the person is putting out the numbers in the windshield, another step can be that the license plate or customer name can be added to a clipboard to keep their place in line. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to help you improve your service to you dedicated customers.

I had a terrible experience this morning with your service representative, Dennis Palacio. When I told him politely that I did not have time today but would consider his service recommendations, he accused me of being a liar and subsequently continued to berate me.
