Daniel and the shuttle driver were polite and provided good service but the people who work the phones for service and the person bringing my car after it was complete really need guidance on just being polite human beings. It's so hard to even get someone on the line, and when someone finally picked up it was the rudest phone interaction I've ever had with a service company. No hi, how are you doing today, how can I help you. I was put back on hold without even a warning, just a click and back to the hold recording. The man bringing my car was annoyed I didn't hear his call and told me, "That was three times I called for you." This location is by far the worst car service I've ever experienced. I brought it in for a recall, but now know if I ever need to bring it in specifically because it is Honda factory related I will go out of my way to bring it to another location. Employees will not hold the door for you, even if they see you struggling with a stroller. It's really all the little things that set a company from either feeling welcoming or unwelcome and at Honda Goudy Service I definitely felt unwelcomed and like a nuisance.

First of all, Goudy Honda has been taking care with customers needs. Mr. Dennis is really knowledgeable with the services and because of his extensive information, I was able to find out that someone at Goudy charged me last time for the services which is still under maintenance warranty. Without him, I will not find out that I have been charged unnecessarily. Thanks Dennis.
Also, I also found out that the front seat cup holder latch was broken after the services. Also scratches on the bottom part of frame at driver side. I can’t believe that things happened at each of my last two visits.
