David Richard Fuentez is gearing up for management! He had shown remarkable customer service in a very challenging situation with my wife's car. The secondary alarm which was in her car when we bought it used, and a alarm we did not realize was secondary) prevented the proper operation of the actuary. It took two days to remedy the problem butit was David who was knowledgeable of the remedy to the problem, patient with my discovery of the inability to operate my car after I left thw dealership aftwr the first day and requied a tow back to the dealership. He was instrument al providing the ride home, and he always provided solutions at every phone call he hadto make advisimg me of the progress of developing the right solution to this aggravating problem.
