I wish Mike was little polite when I went to his table with questions regarding the vehicle. I was standing while asking the questions and he didn’t ask me if I want to sit. I understood he was in a hurry to finish up with me. Also when I needed clarification he said “ I just answered that question”
I went back to ask him if he is willing to offer me car wash( as advised by cashier to ask my advisor if I needed)he said Car wash is not working any more” and I said they told me it works at 10 am and even that he was rude asking some other customer to be seated right in front of me and later said he needs to help him(basically wanting me to get out of the place) In one word I felt totally DISRESPECTFUL
Previously I had wonderful experience with advisors being respectful and willing to answer questions.
Truly sorry to do this write up but I want other customers especially female customers of all walks of life being respected.
I want to thank the manager for taking time to listen to me when I requested that I need to talk to him.
