Neil was great but the girl who who greeted asked me if it was my first time here then did not tell me to stay by my car to be helped. I went to wait with other people waiting. Once I saw several cars get helped first then asked the girl then she tells me I needed to stay by my car. What's the point to ask if first time then don't tell me what I needed to do. This added another 20 min to my already tight schedule. Also appreciated Neil getting the manager to look at my car.
