Neil was very professional in the most positive sense of the word. He listened carefully to my concern, reassuring me that the diagnostic procedure would not cost me or that the initial fee could be applied to any necessary engine problems, if that proved to be the case. What is important is that Neil explained everything, and then answered any questions. I’m of a “certain age,” so I really appreciated his polite but kind and clear remarks. I’m looking forward to trusting the future maintenance of my 2016 Honda Fit to Goudy: let it be known that this visit and especially Neil’s advice convinced me.
