The service seemed ok, until i got home and noticed that I had been charged $80 to replace my windshield wipers which were not something I had ok’d. I took the vehicle in for brakes, I received a call stating there was a leak in the timing belt tensioner cover and I ok’d the fix there, but at no point was I asked if I’d like my windshield wiper blades replaced to the tune of $80. That is all bad. I used to feel ok about taking my car in to this dealership for service, but it’s been very suspect lately in trying to upsell/insert hidden charges. I look forward to speaking with a manager about this, or maybe just post a review and let friend’s know to consider going elsewhere.

Alex was brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever felt more taken care of.
Something happened that he's not aware of. I went to get gas upon leaving Honda and found paint scrapped off both passenger doors which was not there when I left the car in the morning. It was there all day, worked on and test driven a couple of times. I left a VM for Alex, it was after 6 on Friday and alerted Mike Deville. I will call John Wilson as per instructed tomorrow.
This had notning to do with Alex. He's a rockstar.

I WAS satisfied with the customer service by Mike and the technicians. I clicked "no" because there wasn't a medium answer, only yes/no. I spent over 800 dollars and didn't get my car washed, or a sticker to tell me when my mext service should be, or a list of upcoming services that I'll be needing. I would really appreciate something to help me know what services to save up for so I'm not sticker-shocked next time. Thank you!
