Saturday morning I spoke with a manager of service after talking with him for about 10 minutes I told him I wanted to talk to his manager he said his manager would be in Monday between eight and four sometime very disappointed at the way he handled it, the situation My 2005 Honda accord was bought right there in Loma Linda at Spreen Honda 16 years ago and like I said I’m just disappointed at the way he handled it I would like his manager to contact me ****-****-xxxx thank you

I had my car serviced today for an oil change and tire rotation. The cover that is under the car was not secured back properly. I could not bring it back until the next day which is tomorrow. I will miss some time at work because when I drive the car there is a rattle that affects the drive. I am also concerned that road debris is getting into the engine compartment. The service advisor doubted that the loose cover was their fault and I had to make an additional appt to have it look at. I am sad about this experience. It makes me feel that your technicians don’t take care when repairing my car. I will see what they say in the morning but I had to stop work early tonight because of the problem. I drive for a airspace company and I use my personal car to make those deliveries into La and OC. This was so unnecessary.
