**I don't want to be contacted.** The reason why I wasn't satisfied is because my husband called to make an appointment for an oil change and to have the brakes checked since we have a long road trip planned. He was told that no appointment was needed, and to just bring it in. However, when we brought it in today, he was told that he needed to leave the car overnight for them to check the brakes. This information was not related to him when he called to attempt to make the appointment, which again, was why he tried to make an appointment for this service to ensure the service department had enough time.

This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with your service department. My boyfriend also works at a service department as a service writer and when I told him what happened he told me how shady your service area is. I went in to have some issues diagnosed. I was going to be charged to different diagnose fees for two different issues., which I understand. But your service writer said if it’s something obvious the technician should be able to know what it is. Nothing was told except for the one diagnose I wanted. I went to my boyfriends that day and turned on my car and he said it’s making the noise because of the leak, you’re low on fluid. He then asked if Honda told me that and I said no. So your service told me the issue of the leaking because I paid to have it diagnosed but couldn’t tell me the second problem which was the noise was happening because the first problem. Super shady. I’m sure I would have been told if I had paid. I would never recommend anyone going to your service department.

I had an issue before last time I went they couldn’t find my car and my keys and because of that you guys called me offering me an (AB1 service if I’m lit wrong) Which supposedly is oil change tire rotation break inspection and not tu see what else but when I got there the guy who was helping me said I did not have anything in my profile he was going to charge for the oil change then i obviously mentioned the AB1 service and he said oh yes but that’s just for oil that’s it At the end I had to insist like I had to insist for something you guys supposedly have already put on my profile like notes or whatever you guys had to put in my profile to know that I had AB1 service
