I'm not sure if all you mechanics are as good as this one with your customers but if they are you guys have a very solid crew. Thank you for taking care of our car.

After over an hour of waiting outside for my car to be serviced, I noticed that my car had come out of the garage and was parked in the lot. I thought it was going to to receive additional services (e.g. have battery changed after it's oil change, or receive a wash). After receiving a text to pick up my car I realized that it had been serviced with a oil change and new battery as it sat in the lot for 45min for no particular reason... I also asked for the car to get a rinse after having receiving it, which took an addition 10-15 min. I'm not sure why this happened.

Like how do you lose a car?
I had to go inside the working area and look for my car
Once I found my car they couldn’t find the keys
This whole situation made me be late for work 2 hours late

The service was good; oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment and front end inspection due to a hard hit and flat tire.
I also had the donut spare tire replaced because the sidewall and tread rubber was cracked. I asked the service representative to please put the new tire in a large plastic bag I provided and the spare tire back in the spare tire compartment under the car. I found the spare tire in the back of my car along with the bad spare tire in the plastic bag. Disappointed...first time.
