My husband and I went for service and the man that we discuss our concerned was really rude. He made us seem that we are stupid and we do not know anything about cars. It’s not our first time with a new car. Also my husband has experience working with over 20 years and he didn’t respect that. The way he talk to us and is trying to sell is not appropriate. The car still has warranty and he is telling us that if we don’t do it the warranty is not going to cover it. He was actually giving us pressure to purchase something that was not necessary. His name is Joshua Kramer. We went around 8:30am on 07/17/21.
