Ric did very well with his services. When I got my car back there were some grease marks on my door panel and carpet area on the driver’s side he immediately got some to clean it up and took care of it. It didn’t appear to have protection while it was serviced, because when the porter got back no protection was on the floor or seat. Nonetheless Ric took care of it.

Window tint still has bubbles in it…paid for platinum car wash and the car had bird poop and stains in a couple of spots, windows were not wiped down and had a film inside, also no paper mat was on floorboard so it had footprints on it..

Hello, I’m so sorry, but I did not appreciate being quoted $40 for a headlamp replacement only to to be told that same service will almost three hundred dollars, had your employees been transparent I would have known that this was cost prohibitive, instead I wasted fuel, time and money, all precious resources that could have been put to better use. Spreen Honda historically has been a great asset for me and my friends and my family , so they were shocked and disappointed as I was after I told them. Thank you for your time.
