I dropped off my vehicle around 8:45am. I was told that I would be receiving a phone call regarding the status of my vehicle around 11am. I did not receive any phone call. I had to call the service department multiple times in order to get my questions answered. My vehicle was not ready until 4:16pm. It took over 7 hours for my car to be ready. My whole day was wasted having to wait for my vehicle to be done. I should not have been told 11am and had to wait an additional 5 hours. It was ridiculous.
