This is my first and last time going to spree Honda because I got to the line at 1:45 and my appt was @ 2 there was a long line so they split it into two lines and the right lane was moving faster but those people got there way after me and they took 2 cars ahead of me that had just pulled in so another car gets there and the service guy was going to go help them and I got off my car and said u took 2 cars in and they got here way after me and I been here for 25 min already so he took me in and I told him that’s not fair and the person behind me was there just as long and they by passed them and took the person that pulled in. The only reason I went to spreen was because my job is down the street and it was convenient but I won’t go there again.

Danny was great the experience was not so great not only that I get skipped in line It was not cool I was going to take my pilot for Service but I am second-guessing it. I wish they would keep track on the people coming in and who is next. This makes the guest waste hours of their time

I made an appointment to take care of the airbag recall. Drove all the way down from big Bear only to be told they didn’t have the part… I think they could’ve called me last night when they checked inventory before closing.

Rachelle Roberts had great service and took care of the services I needed for my 2016 Honda Civic. No frustrations nor any complaints about Rachelle. She did an outstanding job providing me a rental car for one day as my car was serviced for AC recharge. Today, I left happy. That's all I wanted. To be walking out with a smile on my face driving back home with cold air finally! Thank you Rachelle for everything!

I had the car serviced for a recall on the air bags, but the light is still on and another maintenance light came on too. The maintenance light was not on before I brought it in. So I am a little disappointed. I was hoping I would not have the light on for the air bags since it was serviced. Of coarse having the maintenance light come on as well...makes me ask why? I went in to solve a problem, looks like I left with two, but granted I am not a mechanic. The attendant at the desk was very nice and courteous and that was nice. I waited more than 2 hrs, and I was hoping to pick up my grandson from school, but since the labor took longer, I picked him up late. The attendant said he was ordering a seat belt, and I was happy to hear that. I'll be waiting for a call. Thank you for asking, I did try and call, but I didnt feel whoever I talked too, really had answers. Anyway all of you have a good day. Stay safe working on the cars.
