My son had to wait 2 hours when you said you were fixing it and it would take an hour- just to tell him you didn’t have the part. Can’t you look that up on your computer furst thing? Then you put the part back on and didn’t tell him. So it scratched his paint again when he opened the hatchback. This is a 2019 with 3500 miles that we bought from you and you did not treat him well. Now his car has scratches from a defective part. Not happy.
