Kelly Martin Durham Sales manager was completely disrespectful and refused to assist me in getting my car after hours. I had to call the sheriff's to come and assist me. He was so unprofessional that he didn't want to give me his name. I has to take it off the sales license wall. A Horrible ex experience. Disappointed the company would hire someone like him. Waited an hour to be told tire person called in sick. The hour my car sat there it could of been washed. I was told it would be two to three hours. I went to a tire store with the tires. Mount and balance $45.00 which includes tire despot
