I was satisfied with the oil change. However, when the service advisor told me I needed new brakes, I shared that I would do them myself. He made a snarky comment as evidenced by his sarcastic tone of voice, “Good luck with that, they are electronic brakes.” My vehicle is a 2016 CRV, it does not have electronic brakes. Although my car received the complimentary car wash, the windshield was covered in streaks.

The price I paid for my oil change with full synthetic oil was substantially lower then any other price quote that I got when I called around different shops. It took three weeks to repair my car. My biggest issue was with the time it took. Plus it seemed like there were a lot more miles on my new car than when I left it for the service.The loaner car was good. And the Service representatives was good.
