1. Service advisor did not touch bases with me regarding the what was done with the vehicle and what needs to be done. She did not give me the summary of what was done to the vehicle. I have to ask for it.
2. This is the first time that I have been contacted by the automated system through texting.
3. Upon follow-up, I called 4 times to talk to the service advisor only to be told that she is busy.
4. Michelle, the operator, ASSUMED that I was on the list to be picked up by the shuttle that is why we were picked up after almost 2 hours of waiting. She neither confirmed nor asked Melina is I was on the list to be picked up. We learned that we were not on the list cause the driver said that she only knew about it 10 mins ago.
5. The operator after Michelle acted proactively right away and within 5’mins. we received a call from the shuttle driver.

6. Lastly, the texting system should NOT be used at all times. When used, it should be in conjunction with a telephone call from a service advisor. WHAT’’S A MINUTE OR TWO TO TOUCH BASES WITH A CUSTOMER!

The staff at Spreen Honda are always professional, very knowledgable, and more importantly....they really are friendly, just like the Honda employees in the TV commercials. Seriously, a good group of professional people to work with. Plus they have good coffee and donuts in the customer waiting area!

Adam was great, it was at the checkout counter I was dropped off by my coworker your machine rejected my atm it would not allow me to use credit I had to get a ride back to work and I had to get a way to the bank, my bank called Honda and told hey the money was there and told Honda rep she will give me a check after that my bank informed me Honda don’t take checks this way I would have a record I spent close to 2hrs of my work time which I had to put in leave which I was upset due to this. Honda need to change their atm machine after getting the money I had to come back there with the cash. This is not good customer service. I am not happy at all for this incident this should not had happened.
