Tony took great care of me. The valet service was amazing. I can't believe you guys put good flakes in your transmission fluid, that explains the cost for a simple drain and fill!!!!

Service of my truck was great. What I wish is that the person helping me in the service lane prior to the advisor was wearing a mask. Also when I picked up my truck the person bringing it to me was also not wearing a mask while driving my vehicle. He did have gloves on, but what prevented a cough or sneeze from spreading the virus into my truck just before I stepped in. Everyone else was wearing masks, why not them? Funny thing is I called prior to ask about this and was assured strict protection conditions would be used. I love Spreen and have been a customer for over 20 years. Will continue, but was disappointed considering the risk these days.
