The $1400 service was fine; however you claim and have a sign that states a complimentary car wash with every service. The last 3 times we had service on one of our 3 Hondas we didn't get car washes. Kind of an insult. Take the sign down if you are not going to be true to it.

I came in for a simple oil change. My husband noticed the next day that my car was leaking oil in our garage. I've just started back to work and I had to find time to go back to Spreen and have this checked--very inconvenient. It turned out to be the filter wasn't attached properly (from what I understand). Just frustrating and inconvenient that I had to find time out of my day, again, to go back to Spreen.

Spreen Honda took care of my car covering all cost for a manufacturing defect part that had to do with the locking gas tank. They ordered the part a week ago, set up an appointment, only took an hour to fix and I was on my out! Thank you Spreen Honda!
