Times are difficult right now and I thought your service center could have given me a discount. I brought my honda element in the last year. They found a short from the alarm that was installed by Honda when I bought it in 2003. That cost $200 Later the short had caused another issue to my vehicle that cost another $1000. And again, that led to another issue that caused an issue with the starter ignition switch and another $1500 dollars. This all started with the removal of the alarm which again was installed on the car when I bought it. I am about to take a 10% cut in pay from my employer so I do no think I was given any consideration for the previous problems with my car that began when the alarm was removed by your service personnel without making it clear to me this may cause future problems and expenses. A good electrical technician should have realized this and informed me when I brought it back the second time. Rick was nice and polite and so was Richelle who I dealt with previously with the earlier problems. I feel some of the costs could have been avoided caused from the electrical problems after the alarm was pulled. Respectfully submitted, Michael G
