Only came in for an oil change. I was recommended to do a tire rotation; I agreed. When I came to pick up the car there was an issue with the rotation. Broken bearing. Yes, an inconvenience on my end but was still charged for parts. Main issues that I had was that there wasn't a rental I could have taken and the service provider saying I could come back with the missing bearing another day. Which to me, wasn't the best thing to say. I would basically risk my safety and my car just because I mentioned I had to work later that evening. I waited patiently. Cost off the damage was waived. Not very satisfied overall.

Service advisor didn’t listen to me in multiple areas causing a waste of my time. The mere fact that this survey is presented in my wife’s name let’s me know that he didn’t listen to me when I told him my wife no longer owns the vehicle and asked him to update the system with my name and info.
Then I was sent on my way with a missing lug nut. Too far away for me to return so I had to buy a new one.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got on the freeway the low p pressure came up on mt dash. They we're quick it fit. Got on my way the same thing showed again.Had to go back again for them to fix it.very inconvenient. They did help with updates was very helpful. They did fix the problem but it took two times going back. I could of gtton into an accident.
