Poor service, when we received the vehicle after service it had an alarm light and returned back to dealership and it was 1 quart short of transmission fluid and we just had the transmission service (flush) done there along with an oil change.
So we went there for an oil change and service representative recommended transmission flush because he said it was due and then we are handed our vehicle back short 1 quart of transmission fluid. So no we are not satisfied with the poor service we received that day and not sure if we will return.

I went in for an oil change and specifically asked that my coolant be checked as I was driving up to OR in a few days. Luckily, I checked my coolant just before I was leaving for OR and found the reserve tank nearly dry, well below the min line and no fluid in the filler neck. Clearly, I shouldn't have to say this would have caused a lot of problems and extra cost on my trip.
