Went in for an airbag recall and the tech cracked my dashboard.
Went to talk to my service advisor and i was accused of lying by my advisor. As soon as i started to show him he instantly got an attitude with me ,and was very unprofessional . I talked to the gm of spreen honda loma linda and he was very nice and good service . Other than the service advisor i have no complaints.

I was told on Sunday a part would be ordered and in 1 to 3 business days I want receive a call back to have it installed
Thursday when I heard nothing I called the service department. They said I had to call the parts department to see if the part was in. Parts department was surprised I called her told me my part was in and that I would need to call the service department. Service department then wasn’t sure if I could just drop it off or bring it in so after asking someone they decided I need an appointment for the next day
So for a problem I brought it in on Sunday I was finally able to make another appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Not the 1-3 Business days I had expected
