I took my vehicle for tire change on Friday, December 4th, 2020. I was told it would be done by the following day. I left the vehicle with service representative and decided on the kind of tire we would get. I was told there was no need for any documentation. On Saturday, I did not get a call to pick up vehicle. I called on Saturday and left a message. I did not get a call the following Monday, so I called on Tuesday to find out. I was told my vehicle was not at the dealership. I went to the dealership on Tuesday afternoon and the service representative who helped me on Friday did not remember or said he did not remember me or the vehicle and there was no documentation. He went to look for the vehicle and find out it was in the shop and no work was done on it. He then said it was a communication issue and rather than taking responsibility and apologizing he tried to blame me for it. I have been taking my vehicle to the same dealership, for service, since I purchase the car. I never before experience anything remotely close to this experience. The service representative did not even apologize for his failure to complete his work.
