I was done wrong on my service contract. I was told when I bought the car, I had the premium service package and the service writer told me I had only oil changes and had to pay for all services. Thinking I had the premium package was one of the main reasons I got the car. Now Im not sure how I should proceed with what seems to be a bogus deal here... Im very unhappy with this deal. Not sure what legal recourses to take in this matter...

I contacted service dept. for routine 80,000 mile service and replacement of faulty starter. Problem with starter was diagnosed in May 2020, it starter was not in stock at that time. When I scheduled this visit, I confirmed starter availability and received text from Spreen acknowledging May diagnosis and confirmed starter availability. I arrived at my 0900 appt. at 0840 and was informed starter problem of intermittent non starting would need to be diagnosed again, mechanic was unable to duplicate problem. Waste of 3.5 hours of my time, received oil change and was told to come back again. My starter was replaced by Spreen less than 1 year ago and has a 3 year warranty. Now I guess I have to wait until I get stranded somewhere and have my car towed. I will not be using Spreen Honda for any further service or new car purchases.

Thank you for the opportunity. I finished to drop my car for service around before 11:30 AM and was told by Jesse that the work will take a total of 3 hours, but that the car would be ready to pick up at 3:00PM, and that I could pick it up any time before 6:00 PM. Also, we got to the agreement that I would receive a call once it was ready for pick up.
Around 2:45 PM and while I was arriving into the parking lot,I called the service department and no one answered. I then waited in the parking lot and called few minutes after 3:00PM. This time a lady answered and told me that my car was not finalized (do not really know what that exactly means) and that She would let Jesse know, once he become available. 10 minutes after, I went to the service counter, and talked with a lady. She checked on the computer for my car and told me that the car was not ready, because was not finalized. I told her that my car has been parked ready in the back parking lot since I arrived to pick it up. She insisted that it was not finalized and that She would let Jesse know that I was waiting for the car and that he would be coming in 10 minutes. It was not until 3:38 PM when I received a text message from Jesse saying that the car was ready. Before I got into the service counter area I noticed that my car was on the same parking spot since I first went to pick it up. My car has been ready all this time that I was waiting for my car.
Once I received the car, I had to clean my dash board, driver pocket, and on top the a/c unit with tissues because they were dusted. I did not ckeck other parts of the car ( Too tired to do so).
Overall experience with Jesse was good, because he was respectful and friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable of his job. He also apologized for the waiting and went over what was done to my car and recommendations.
My suggestion will be the following: if Jesse or other representatives need to remove out of their job for lunch or break or other reason, another available representative should be able to serve, help, and provide the service need it, (finalized and processed the car delivery) so the customer, like in my case, do not have to wait over 30 minutes for the original representative to complete the transaction, and return the car. I really believe that that waiting was totally unnecessary.
Regarding the dust in the car, I suggest having someone to check after the car was clean.
I believe that for best quality purposes and custoner satisfaction, the above suggestions should be implemented.
