It took long for an associate to speak to me after I drove up. I had to leave my vehicle and wait to be tended to at counter. Lots of chatting among staff. Also, I have purchased 3 vehicles from Spreen, and staff was always professional. This time associate was too informal, even referring to me as “bro.” My vehicle was returned to me with mats and tags crumpled up and left in my car.
Quality of work has always been exceptional; however, soft skills matter as well.
