As a side note, I would love to see Right Honda adopt use environmentally friendly products in the waiting area. Styrofoam products can take a million years to break down and it accounts for 30 percent of the waste in land fills. Perhaps you could look something biodegradable or composable.

Today was one of the best total service experiences I have had. It started with Chris. He was responsive, helpful, gave useful advice/suggestions, and followed through from beginning to end. Also, meriting a mention is the quality, cleanliness, and appeal of your facility. Lastly, the young man working at the cashier station was friendly, fast, and quickly explained the work that was done, separating the itemized/billed work from the warranty work completed. End-to-end, a great service experience. It is obvious that Right Honda is being purposeful in designing for great service. You earn my business.
