Oil change was not completed by mechanic. Almost 3 hours to change seat belt latches and oil change that was not completed. Service advisor was professional and apologetic. I will recommend Right Honda because in all I was impressed.

We appreciated the helpfulness and coutesy of all service members. My questions were answered and Katie made sure that my child's lost backpack was held until claimed and was very nice about that. Great customer service!! My only complaint might be that apparently your records only go back to 2013 for my 2002 car which has been visiting Right Honda since 2003. It would have been useful to see its whole history of brake and belt replacement.
