Upon arriving 10 minutes early to asure I wasn't late for my 1 o'clock appointment. I was told it would be about a hour for my oil change. 1 hour for a oil change? It did take an hour. I watched the tech pull my car into the lot and return my keys to the service desk and waited another 10 minutes before I went and asked for my keys to leave
This sort of time line will certainly discourage me from using Serra for my routine oil changes.
