Phillip knows I am enthused about my car and want to know the details about its condition, what the tech observed during the service visit, what service is due next, and what he is seeing as potential problems with others that have many more miles than my car. Phillip does a great job of ‘filling me in’ on the details. Sometimes that means gathering information from other people’s within the dealership; he goes out of his way to do that. I really like that! Phillip is friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. I tend to be loyal to the people that I interact with, not the business. So if my trusted bike mechanic changes locations, so do I. Phillip is a big reason that I choose Serra to service my car. I have confidence in him and enjoy working with him.

It had nothing to do with Davin, he did a great job! I felt my air conditioning was not performing well. According to “Honda” it was at the bottom of acceptable for a Honda Pilot Elite. Honda and I disagree. The air cannot keep up on a hot day, period. We had plenty of days that my Pilot Elite had a chance to perform (concerning the air conditioning) and it failed to cool the cabin each and every time. Well it cooled it but I had to keep it on max to keep up. It’s disappointing. So Honda says it tests acceptable, my customer opinion is,Honda fails. I ride in my wife’s Subaru and in minutes we are turning the Air Conditioning down, lower air speed. A t do that with my Pilot and be comfortable. The dealership put die In the system to see if there is a leak. Good. Bottom line is the AC is not sufficient, leak or no leak.
