Phil was excellent! I was nervous to come back to Serra because I had a bad experience with service on my last visit with a different person. But Phil took great care of us and I felt he went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. I am now going to bring out Odyssey back just so we can work with Phil.

Just moved up from Florida and I got my first oil change on my 25’ civic at this location. The service was excellent and quick especially for a same day appointment! I was hesitant about getting a tire rotation because I have caps on my lung nuts that can be difficult to work with but they handled it like pros and even put them back on when they were done!!
