Randy was great and the service was performed successfully but your service department appeared seriously overextended. I waited an hour just to get time with the service technician to demonstrate my car's issue and after that, another 2.5 hours while the service was performed: in total, 3.5 hours. Having an appointment implies that time slot was reserved for me, and not getting called in until an hour later feels like I wasted that first hour. I also feel the 2.5 hours to resolve the issue was generous but I can't substantiate that because I don't know the Honda-defined process to fix this issue. Basically it involved pulling off the A-pillar trim and applying some foam tape to deaden a rattle. I was there from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM so maybe I sat through someone's lunch break. The work was done well and again, Randy was great but my first experience with Serra's service department could have been better. Perhaps not booking 90 appointments (as Randy mentioned had happened that day) would have helped the situation.

One small concern...when I made the service appointment over the phone I was told that it would take an hour. It actually took much longer. Not a big deal since I thought that didn’t sound right at the time, but it would be a good idea to over-estimate the time rather than under estimate. It’s always nice for the customer to be pleasantly surprised at speedy service. Thanks!

Driver side rear sliding door was brought in to get fixed, part was not in which is understandable, but now the passenger side rear sliding door does not work. Was the motor turned off? Door is manual now and very difficult to open, does not slide easily.
