In the end, we were satisfied, but it was definitely frustrating. When the appointment was made, Cody said the car would be ready in 2-3 hours. We planned our whole day around it being done in 3 hours. It ended up taking 4 and a half hours. After a frustrating pickup, I realized the carpets weren’t even vacuumed. Fortunately, Alec Peterson went above and beyond to help us get it vacuumed. I really appreciated Alec’s commitment to a positive customer experience. Thank you!

You can’t at this point. It took over 2 days to complete a remote start. We called the following day and didn’t hear back unti the next day at 1:30. When we finally picked up our car, no one provided a tutorial as to how to work this remote. We had to come in and ask Randy, he said, “it’s really quite easy”, which in turn he had to ask someone else.
We traveled a distance to come to you and have been satisfied in the past. With this install process, we had to spend another day on the road just to come back to pick up the car. We came to your service department in hopes this process would have much more seemless, as it turns out we could have gone some place closer and likely more support.
