Unbelievable service from this gentleman (Dwain)not only had my car ready to go within 2 days with all the work it needed. But I had no way home to lake Odessa 50 min away from your shop. His manager gave me a loaner car. Glad I bought from Serra Honda. But also glad I stopped back for service. And it all started with Dwain opening the door for me to go to the parts department. You are definitely an asset to Serra Honda.

I already gave a review on “Dealer Rater” too. It was a pleasure working with Conner Allen. We trust Conner and his team at Serra Honda! We unfortunately had three of our cars needing service all within a week! Conner took the time to explain everything to us, explored our options, and helped us make educated decisions on what work needed to be done. He also made sure we had a loaner car when needed and made sure the appropriate discounts were applied. What I especially appreciated was the clear and respectful communication every time we spoke with Conner! I would like to give a shout out to Conner Allen and his team! We highly recommend and will definitely call and use Conner Allen and Serra Honda again in the future!

Apparently my last response did not go through. Suggest Serra change language on invoice (which Cale dismissed as "boilerplate") re. conclusions on brakes that aren't checked. If you aren't checking brakes, say so. I do appreciate Jesse making things right, but Cale is not someone I care to deal with in future.
