Had to take a loaner car home because parts were ordered wrong twice. Not Cody’s fault or technician. Car was ready later the next day. Job well done. Delay didn’t cause a problem but was inconvenient.

Yomani did a great job as did the service techs. My issue is the checkout process. Eliminating the cashier position and adding the responsibility to the service advisor at a minimum doubled the time that I was at the dealership. It also explains why it takes additional time just to be greeted by the SA. I think you can improve customer satisfaction by bringing back the cashier and letting the SA do what they do best- interact with the client while their cars are being serviced.
