Appreciate you removing the airbag bomb from my 6th gen Civic as I am partial to my life and the life of my family not being ended by metal shrapnel from the safety feature installed to protect our lives. I had an appointment at 2:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later they still hadn’t rotated the tires. I don’t know what happened but I was not satisfied with the way it went today.

Even though I had an appointment and was on time. My oil change was at 3:45 and I walked out of you building at 4:58. I felt that took way to long. He asked if I was going to wait for the car too! Everyone was very nice. The amount of time was the problem.

My visit today could not have gone any better! Great customer service and communication! I went in for an oil change and Mr Laarman informed me that I was also past due for a major maintenance interval. Rather than making me come back later for the additional work, he was able to accomodate me while I was there. Further he informed me an extedned warranty replacement item on my car that was defective. I am a loyal customer to Serra Honda because of service like this!
