The work was done in a timely fashion. I love the service I get at Serra a Honda. The service people are so friendly and answer all questions easily. My service manager ended up finding an in line coupon that I didn’t know about and applied it to the bill for a 15% savings which was very helpful. They also gave me a ride home and the driver was very friendly and enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. All around, great service!

Dwain truly goes above and beyond in some way each time I am at the dealership. I had asked him about when I would need new tires on my vehicle and he gave me the approximate mileage and was kind enough to print out different options for me in addition to going over warranty of different brands, price, etc. I appreciate him because he is always honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need yet.
