I have had a great experience, Cami is wonderful and thorough. Her flexibility with emails and text helped me communicate throughout the days while I was at work.
If I had one recommendation, I feel as though I’m always recommended so much-it’s every visit. Is it really necessary or is it always selling services. Buying big packages at certain mile markers and then coming back a month later and needing more. I think a trans flush should have been included when my torque converter was replaced or when I invested in a $1600.00 service plan. (Knowing I needed one but no one mentioned that a month earlier)I understand it’s the nature of the beast However it’s hard for me to keep track of these things and I want to believe what you’re telling me not just selling me more. Thanks for everything, job well done Cami, your hard work does not go unnoticed.
