Cale was helpful. I forgot my coffee mug and he had the service guy drove it around so I could pick up the mug. I had a great lunch at Cracker Barrel and the car was ready when I got back.Calr also had a part replaced (drop-down mirror for sunglasses which would not close) it's always fun to bring the car for an oil change
