Wait time is way to long. Had to wait 4 weeks to get an oil change. While there I noticed a nail in my tire and asked if they could check it. It was going to be another 21/2 hours for someone to check it and fix it. I went over to Belle tire, got right in and fixed it free of charge.

I was not informed when i purchased my vehicle and my boyfriend kindly asked him to add a second free complimentary oil filter change that there was going to be any kind of stipulations on the mileage. Thankfully he hooked me up with a 100$ gift card as well because no one called me about the filter needing done as well . I should have been called when theybfounf it out or prior to being completely finished. So now that 2nd free one i specifically asked for and was granted is wasted when i desperately needed it because i could had used it to get the filter change too and then paid the extra little bit for my tire rotation i desperately need as well. Now im stuck with a car i paid full cash for i know i drive jt a lot but that's my job i driver for a living. Amd my cat is my employer basically. And i honestly am a bit nervous about driving it when i desperately need to because well now my insurance is due and I am too scared to dribe too much at the time. After weeks and weeks trying to get my car down there i was unaware of the option to be shuttled had i known sooner well i probably never would have lost my free service. That was honestly a huge part of my buying process.
