We called Saturday and were told there were a lot of vehicles but if we dropped the car Sunday, it would get fit in Monday for diagnosis. No call Monday. We called Tuesday and were told it would be Wednesday before it was looked at. We picked the car up today (Thursday) and will take it elsewhere to be serviced. We understand being busy, but if we had truthfully been told it wouldn’t be seen we would have called other places. Now we had to rent a vehicle take our daughter to college because the vehicle sat in your lot and was never looked at all week.

Phil has excellent customer service. He gives me all updates on my Odyssey, and lets me know when I have upcoming repairs. He is very professional and my car is always ready within an hour.
