There was no communication during the day when my car was in the shop. I specifically asked for tires not to be rotated and they still were. I didn't ask for a tire rotation which was on my coupon with a discounted oil change. My tires were rotated but the service clerk removed the charge when I informed him only an oil change was scheduled. Also, the tech forgot to recaliberate my tire pressure setting on my car. I was able to do it after checking to make sure my tires were properly inflated/
