My only comment would be that the shuttle service provided should have been organized more logistically. I was in the vehicle for an hour and 15 minutes! I certainly didn’t plan on being shuttled all over Grand Rapids when I live in Holland. The driver was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I hope he mentioned it to the service department and also the front windshield was cracked all the way across the passenger side, not safe and would think the dealership would get that repaired for safety of passengers. Thank you!
