Wanted to share the excellent experience I had with Dwain. I stopped in for a quick change, Dwain checked all the boxes. Nice guy, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Besides connecting me with an oil change, I had a few questions on other service needs and ballparking the cost of a trailer hitch. He instantly knew about the issue and went the extra mile to work out an estimate on purchasing a trailer hitch. I recently had a terrible experience at Fox, and this was just the total opposite. Because of Dwain, we’ll be using Serra going forward.
