I was sent to a body shop to repair my door lock after a hour at your shop. I was quoted $1400 for a used door by you folks . I was upset about the 1/2,hour charge. I repaired it in 30 minutes with 3 new 6mm screws.

Yes!!! Cam was very professional and helped us as well as explained how your service department works. We were impressed by the quick repair in replacing our tire. We originally went to Fox Honda where we purchased the new 2025 Pilot Elite two weeks ago. I noticed a nail in the side wall and called the dealership, after being told over the phone they had 5 tires in stock, only to get there and be told they didn’t have the tire. They then told me that we would need to come back but did not know when they would get a tire in stock. We said that was unacceptable and asked how this happened? We were told “the computer said we had them, we don’t know what happened to the tires”. They offered no solutions until we asked to inquire into another dealer or tire shop. We were told “oh, I’ll have to check.” We were then told we could go drive to your dealership “across town, they have them”. We asked if the tire with nail is still on the car, they said “yes”, frustrated and aggravated we left. We drove the 13 miles carefully and while in route called Kevin in your parts department who confirmed you had the tire and would be waiting for us. Upon arriving, We explained the situation to Cam who was understanding and he assured us your service department would take care of us. I understand service, I am a retired career Fire Chief and understand of what it means to take care of people when bad things happen. That’s what we do. Unfortunately today, people lose sight of what service means. It is nice to know that your service department understands service and people like Cam are there to help. Thanks again and you now have a customer who will return when service is needed!
