The upselling is intimidating and awkward. It’s not informative, it’s pushy. I’m not blaming the guy who helped me necessarily… it could be something the company encourages. But, when you are telling someone they need to spend $750… more explanation of why is helpful. Also, warning someone that the work will take 2.5 hours would be nice as well.

Dwain S always does a terrific job. I had an appointment at 2:15 today, and stopped by early because of an unscheduled appointment to fix a home appliance. Well, Dwain worked me into the schedule and also was very helpful as usual to answer some of my other questions. I come to service here primarily because I know Dwain will take care of our family! I had used the Serra website to schedule my oil change appointment. Even received text messages about the appointment. Upon arrival, I was not on the list of expected service customers. Thankfully, my car was squeezed in for service. Seems to be a disconnect between the website and the generating a customer list.
