Cale was extremely helpful and low pressure even though my Pilot needs a lot of repairs. The tech that worked on my vehicle was very thorough and did a great job inspecting my Pilot.
If I was their boss I would give them both a raise and a holiday bonus. Don’t skimp out on the bonus either (I.e jelly of the month).
In all seriousness if Cale wasn’t so nice to me on the phone or pressured me into more repairs I probably wouldn’t come back to Serra, but because of his professionalism I’ll be back. And I might even bring my shitbox 2007 ford f250 into Serra for repairs.
And to Cales boss, you must be running a pretty tight ship over there since you’ve got mofo’s like Cale & Melvin killing it like they did on my Pilot. Nice work, I’m not sure if you deserve a raise or not but I would lean towards yes.
