No, I’m not happy with it at all. They were unable to find anything wrong with the radio area area. It is still freezing still stops playing and the screen freezes and we bought a cord and we hooked it to the cord they suggested and even that does not work. They also suggested it was my phone. We are using Tim‘s phone and it is brand new and is still not working.
So no, I am not happy with your service at all because now I don’t know what to do because you guys said you can’t do anything for me

Yes and no the honesty of the service rep was appreciated. I feel your labor prices were a little high for the amount of time it took to do the job. Your labor rate will come out to over 250+ per hour that’s a bit ridiculous
