Had my Acura serviced today (oil change) at Serra Honda rather than the local Acura dealer, as I trust Serra more. Everything is always done correctly and I'm not subjected to being upsold on things I don't need. I probably paid a little more, as I had recently received some coupons for service at the Acura dealer but I value my sanity and low pressure treatment more than a few dollars and cents.
